My background...
Nice to meet you, I'm Noa Agiv, married and mother of three children. A devoted kindergarten teacher with all my heart and soul. With a deep love for education and spending time with children, I have dedicated my professional life to understanding early childhood. I have a preschool teaching certificate from the Seminar Hakibbutzim, a bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, a master's degree in education systems management, and a certification as a parent consaultent in Adlerian approach. For the past 12 years I have worked as a kindergarten teacher and as an educational system manager, where I was exposed to a wide variety of families and educational challenges, which enriched my knowledge and deepened my understanding of the various needs of children and their parents.
Following a relocation to California, and at the same time as guiding the parents, I am the leader of the Keshet IAC group, in Orange County, where we maintain the Israeli-Jewish tradision of the young children. For me, it is a mission to instill the love of Israel in the younger generation through unique and enjoyable experiences.

My Approach...
My approach is based on mutual respect, listening and open communication.
I believe that a child who is comfortable at home will be successful anywhere, so I provide practical tools to improve family harmony and balance. Each of my meetings is carried out while personalizing the needs, pace and values of each family, in order to create a supportive environment and a solid foundation for a happy and healthy family life.
I am here to help you develop the skills and tools necessary to face the challenges of parenting, and build deeper relationships with your children.
